This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through moravixy.com in compliance with U.S. consumer protection laws and Google Merchant Center (GMC) policies.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for dishwashers purchased directly from moravixy.com within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice).

  • Items showing signs of installation, misuse, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Dishwashers that have been installed, used, or modified.

  • Products purchased as final sale or during clearance promotions.

  • Gift cards or digital/downloadable products.


Return Process

Before returning your item, please contact our customer support team to initiate the process.
Do not ship any product back without receiving a Return Authorization from Moravixy.

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Once approved, you’ll receive detailed shipping instructions.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

When your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount if the return is due to reasons other than damage or error.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
If you need to exchange your dishwasher for the same model, contact us at support@moravixy.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send clear photos and a short description of the issue.
Once verified, Moravixy will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
